AccuServ, the flagship product of InterNETalia Ltd, delivers best-in-class Housing Repairs Management Solutions for Housing Organisations and Contractors

Formed in 1997, InterNETalia develops ERP and Contract Job Management software solutions. Our AccuMet and AccuServ solutions deliver real value in our chosen markets and are widely deployed by Housing Organisations, Contractors, the Steel Stockholding Industry, and in the Heating, Plumbing and Electrical industry.

Responding to significant customer demand, InterNETalia solutions have been developed to facilitate remote access – so they can be accessed either by our clients’ customers or by our clients’ own employees operating in the field or from a remote location.

For example in the AccuServ system this means that Field Operatives and Engineers use PDA handheld devices to look up appliance details and historic job details, and to record visit details while on site.

Equally, our Contractor & DLO clients can make AccuServ available over the internet via a secure web portal to enable authorised staff at Councils, Housing Associations and Private Clients can query on-going jobs themselves, or review the up to the minute gas compliance level.
